Maya Singh, MPP

Maya Singh is a Project Manager and Engagement Specialist with Collective Insight. In this capacity, Maya conducts best-practice research and develops narrative for evaluation reports and request for proposal applications, specifically for projects focused on managed care markets.


Maya comes to CI with a passion for research strategies that center those closest to social issues as experts in building solutions. She holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree with a concentration in economic and racial equity from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. Her master’s policy brief focused on enhancing the social safety net by bolstering cash assistance programs for children and families. As a student, Maya served as a Graduate Research Assistant with the Institute for Economic and Racial Equity out of Heller where she studied the evolution and growth of Children’s Savings Accounts nationally, programs that provide children with savings intended for post-secondary education and other asset-building. Prior to her journey at the Heller School, Maya held a variety of program and development positions at nonprofit organizations across the northeast, most recently as an associate at the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, New Hampshire’s statewide community foundation. She received a dual undergraduate degree in History and Theatre Arts from Clark University in Worcester, MA.
