Sophia Webber is the Project Manager of Collective Insight’s Training and Support Division. She joined Collective Insight in 2018 as a Research Assistant and worked to support numerous projects through writing scripts, reports, and meeting materials, as well as conducting web-based research, and assisting in meeting facilitation. As Project Manager, Sophia currently supports engagement capacity building through the design and implementation of engagement training, educational tools, and content development, such as podcasts, videos, and more.  

Sophia works directly with a range of stakeholders, including people with lived experience, providers, researchers, policymakers, and program advocates to implement effective engagement strategies that meet the unique needs of the communities they serve. Through technical and academic writing and virtual platform design, Sophia works with the Collective Insight team to expand our engagement resources while centering accessibility. Sophia received a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Environmental Sociology as well as certificates in Global Health, Food Systems, and Gender and Women’s studies from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. Sophia graduated in May 2022 with multiple honors and is a Troxell-Glicksman Awardee. She lives in Madison, WI where she is involved in numerous community gardening projects and enjoys hiking at the nearby lakes.
