The Human Services Research Institute (HSRI) administers the National Center on Advancing Person-Centered Practices and Systems (NCAPPS), a new initiative from the Administration for Community Living and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to help States, Tribes, and Territories to implement person-centered practices. Collective Insight is partnering with HSRI to provide stakeholder engagement subject matter expertise and technical assistance to States participating in NCAPPS.  

The LeadingAge LTSS Center @UMass Boston conducts research designed to help our nation address the challenges and seize the opportunities associated with a growing older population. As Research & Policy Fellow within the LeadingAge LTSS Center @UMass Boston, Dr. McGaffigan and Collective Insight are assuming a leadership role in expanding engagement within applied research

The Massachusetts Organization for Addiction Recovery's (MOAR) mission is to organize recovering individuals, families, and friends into a collective voice to educate the public about the value of recovery from alcohol and other addictions. Collective Insight supports MOAR’s organizational capacity building , and evaluates MOAR's Speaking Out for Addiction Recovery (SOAR 2.0) Grant program. 

South Shore Peer Recovery (SSPR) operates a Recovery Community Center with an array of recovery support services in the heart of the South Shore community in Massachusetts. Collective Insight 

evaluates for SSPR’s 2017-2020  Comprehensive

Addiction and Recovery Act: Building Communities of Recovery (BCOR) grant.

Applied Self-Direction (ASD) provides practical expertise intended to create and operate self-direction programs that run effectively and efficiently for individuals, states, managed care entities, Financial Management Services (FMS) providers, and other stakeholders. Collective Insight partners with ASD to expand stakeholder engagement within self-direction programs. 

The National Participant Network (NPN) is a network of people with disabilities who self-direct their

services. Collective Insight is seeking new ways to engage the NPN in research and policy activities to ensure the NPN voice informs the design and improvement of programs.

Darlene (Dee) O’Connor, PhD is a senior subject matter expert in stakeholder engagement and a leader and innovator in long-term supports and services (LTSS) policy with over 30 years of experience. Collective Insight partners with Dr. O’Connor to provide our clients with stakeholder engagement technical assistance and support.
